Evening all, long time lurker with only a few posts :shock:
Having bought a 09 giant yukon fx1 last year on a whim and having it stood in the garage for 12 months, i've actually got it out this year due to being talked into riding the C2C for charity! which I did last weekend, and loved every minute of it... I also loved every minute of the training I did and the time spent on the bike, with a background in motorcycle trails(15 years) and a short spell in racing supermoto, this new addiction to 2 wheels has left me urning for the steep and fun stuff. Basically I want to upgrade to a good all mountain bike.
Budget is less than £1750, and would consider second hand or frame and components, aanything to get me the best value all moutian bike.
I bought the Yukon from Pauls cycles, which was my first visit when looking for a new bike.
after hours of searching the web and looking at all sorts of stuff i still come back to this cracking deal...but I can find very little about the actual frame??

The spec seems unreal for the price, just unsure of the frame.
Has any one got one?? I understand that the frame is the same though out the 7XX
Has any body any other idea's, initially i was draw to the lapiere zesty 214, but the spec of the proflex just blows it away.

I got the 768, as a frame/fork, no problems after rear shock was fixed.
XC/Trail build: Sram/Shimano, Mavic Tubeless, Marzz 600 XC, Hydro discs, nice!
Weighs 28.5lbs as I built it up. Climbs great.descends better.0
