I want to bring a 105 rear derailleur back to life.
Is it possible to buy just the replacement washer cups? They fit either side of the jockey wheels. The silver colour part shown in the pic. I can get new jockey wheels that don't need washers for £10 but first looking at a cheaper option. I only need 2 for one jockey.

Try your LBS in their tin of spares. It will cost you a pack of biscuits.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0
