Brake power gone?!

Hi guys,
My Spesh fsr xc has been stored away over winter and only really came out to play around end of March time. Couple of things though:
Firstly, I am not sure if my brakes should've been 'winterised' somehow, as now they have around half the power that they used to- it has the stock Juicy 3 brakes that came on the bike. Now with the level fully depressed i can actually push the bike along with the front brake on full... maybe a lack of fluid or something? There is definitely a loss of bite, before winter they were wonderfully powerful and stopped my weight easily (85kg)
Secondly, (this is more of a sourcing question) my front wheel somehow has become buckled. I have no idea how and can't remember any big hits recently, but it has. I can't seem to find the Spesh Stout SL rims anywhere... anyone know where i might be able to get one?
Unless there is an easier way to un-buckle the rim (it wanders around 10mm at the buckled point)
cheers!

You can probably get the wheel re-trued. Take it to you LBS. Will likely cost around the £10 mark0

The brakes has possibly taken in air and as air is more easily compressable than brake fluid youre losing power. im unsure how this could have happened however i'd suggest that either the fluid seals in the caliper have gone, the master cylinder ceals have gone, the fluid has become contaminated and needs raplcing, or there is a bleed bolt (or banjo) lose allowing air in and fluid out.
Have you pumped the lever a good few times? sometimes after long storage they just need cycling a few times to build up the pressure again.
If you want to try to fix this yourself try bleeding the brake and see if any air comes out, but remember to keep the M/C topped up throughout the process! The Frog: Lapierre Zesty 214 2010 - Upgraded - W.I.P0 -
I have juicy 3 avids as well and I put my bike extra tight in the shed to make more room and apparently I must have pulled the lever the wrong way so it gradually started leaking out fluid so you mightve done the same thing, mine gradually got worse as well.0
