to heavy handed

i was given a new set of marzocchi mx forks and when tightening up the head allen bolt i got a bit heavy handed and broke the thread piece inside the tube. can this be repaired? the forks are like new and would be happy to pay a few quid if it can be done.

    which bolt?

    i guess you are on about the top bolt and the star nut.

    yes they can be replaced and they do not need to be that tight, it is only to preload the bearings.
