Ebay... Where do I stand?

Well I bought my wheel but......

Ebay sent the wrong address with my paypal payment.... I have no idea why, I use paypal/ebay all the time and it usually defaults to my home address.
This time its sent my old Uni address with the payment.

I sent the payment at 9pm, followed by an Ebay email and an email to his hotmail literally minutes after explaining that it needs sending to a different address. I also sent both my phone numbers just in case the seller wanted to contact me.

I've then had no reply, so have sent emails to both ebay and his hotmail i the morning, twice at lunch and twice at night.
I'm now about to send more emails to clog up his inbox.

I've had no reply what so ever.

How long should I leave it before opening a dispute?

    I imagine that the seller wasn't at his computer when the listing ended? I know that I am usually in the pub when it ends and deal with it at work the next day.
