Brake disc rub when panniers on.

I have found myself doing long rides on the road on my 2009 Trek 6000 Disc recently (something I never thought I would do!), and enjoying it a lot. So Ive decided to do a bit of touring. Have got a rear pannier rack, now just bought a front rack: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=14339
They look great on paper, but when loaded up I get disc drag/rub. Its fine when no weight on them, but as soon as I put the loaded up pannier bags on them the discs/pads rub.
I presume that the weight in the bags is twisting the fork leg enough to move the caliper.
Can't stop it no matter how many adjustments I do.
Anyone else suffered a similar problem?

check your bearings in the hub."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
