Boardman Team Carbon Upgrade

I've now had my Boardman Team Carbon for a year (bought through CTW) and have some money burning a hole in my pocket waiting to be spent on my bike....
Should I splash a grand or so and buy a Cervelo or similar frame and switch all the components over with a view to upgrade the sram rival group set / wheels over the next couple year of so
Spend £400 - £500 on some new wheels and upgrade the rest later
......or any other sensible suggestions
