Hi
I have just found out I can get a bike on the ride to work scheme and am struggling which one to get.
So far I have test rode 2 specialised, the hardrock and rockhopper and to be honest although the rockhooper was slightly more comfortable there is not much between them except for £150.
I have also been told both trak and genesis do similar sort of bikes in a similar £500-£700 price range.
I want to ride to work so road, but also easy going off-road, i.e. paths, tracks etc.
Any recommendations would be great.
Cheers
Jon

Boardman Hybrid range? Been looking at them myself.
REALLY want the Pro but I think my voucher is going to be worth around £750. The Pro is 799...I think I could strike a deal. Got to be a way.0 -
Which shops (if any) are you limited to?
What type of tracks would you imagine you'd maybe use it on? Just general riding tracks, nothing rocky etc?2010 Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Expert Carbon

Hi
Not limited to any shops which i quite good.
Not too rocky but there would be some.
I would like some front suspension though as i think that would be nice.

Hi
I went and had a look at the Trek 6000 tonight for £700.
Was more comfortable to sit on than the specialized bikes i have looked at.
Anyone have any opinions on the Trek?
Thanks
