Shoulda known better. Thought the worst of it was over.

I thought I was over a cold so started training hard again, got another cold, got over it so started training again, got a cold again and this time ive basically kept it for 3 months and my training has suffered big time.
My advise, if you have a cold rest for a week then have a easy week if you feel well enough, better that than 3 months off the bike!Cycling never gets any easier, you just go faster - Greg LeMond0 -
