FOX Triad shock

Been out today, went down a reasonably bumpy section, nothing too serious though. Now the switch to choose your setting just spins round and the shock is "open" all the time. Some oil seems to have squirted out! The bike is still under warranty but if i could sort it out mysely I would rather do that as the shop is an hour away and I need it for next weeekend.
