Combat Hubs

hey guys,
just wondering if its would be possible to put sealed bearings into these hubs? as ive heard horror stories about them and the bearings, are there any ways to sort this so it is all good?

nope. only the balls.

just service them occasionally.

by service do you mean, remove the cones, clean and regrease and replace them? or something else and how often would u say, like how many miles or so?
