I cannot emphasise how helpful/nice the guys over at Cotic are, I phoned up with a few questions, and they answered every one of them in depth (no BS) and were a pleasure to deal with.

Enquiring about the ETA of the new frames hitting the UK shores.

Only letting you 'orrible lot know as it's not often something decent happens.

Good work and I can't wait to get my new frame!!! 8)

    Stop rubbing it in

I would like a Cotic soul, but I'll probably go for a cheaper steel frame[/Northern monkey]

I've been speaking to them today, weighing up my 6ft 4 tall options!
  • They are also very quick at replying to questions submitted via their website.

Nice quick and persona replies :)

Well, have ordered the BFe :D

As the colour that I ordered (Gritstone Grey) hasn't actually been seen in the flesh (even by Cotic) they offered a free replacement should I not like it. You can't be fairer than that!! 8)

If I hadn't got my heart set on a Santa Cruz Chameleon since I was 16 (or whenever it was they first came out) I would have been looking at Cotics for next not-so-top-secret-anymore project.

    Yup,

I had a query last year regarding max tire width as I was off to the Alps on my Soul. Got back to me within a hour 8)

I love the look of the new Bfe too, though I'd definately go for the blue.

Why oh why aren't I rich
  • erm, `i've just bought a soul ...
    .... and a BFe by accident !
