is slime that you get for your inertubes any good and can you use it with any innertubes

    This has been done before. Do a search on it and you should find a load of opinions.
    You can use it on any tubes but presta valves need a bit of modding. For what its worth, i think its a total waste of money and would rather spend the cash on a spare tube.

    Awful stuff, you can feel it slopping around in the tubes when riding, also makes the wheels feel very off when riding and just adds weight.

    Avoid.

    I didnt mind it tbh.... stopped a few small (pin prick) punctures..

    as soon as I changed to normal tubes I got a puncture!

    But I just run tubes now and carry a spare!
