So, today, I rode the low level route at Afan with Mrs C.
The NRS, looking Sexy in the sunshine 8) :

Obviously as I was riding with Mrs C. my average speed was a bit slow today:
When we got home, I removed the ODI Lock-ons:
And fitted the ESIgrips:
All in all, a good day.

Nope - 5' 4". I've told her about the saddle, but she won't listen. She just complains her knees hurt... I keep putting it up (Oooh Er Matron) a few mm between rides. Should be the right height in a few year's time...0

Me and a friend hit Brannfjell, which is about 10-15 minutes ride from me. It's a small area with lots of tight technical bits and pieces and some not so technical bits and pieces. All of the real trail riding outside of the city is still full of snow.
