New brake pads & seat for my fiance's MTB, where to buy?

Hi all,
Bought this bike, albeit second hand back in Jan as a late Xmas present for my Fiance, Naomi. Had a result as I gave £130 for it and it was 5 mins down the road from me!
The bike in question is a Scott Racing Expert Evo 3, brakes just say “Scott Pro”.
She wants a more comfortable seat, more suitable for a woman I suppose, plus as you can prob see new brake pads are to be needed soon.
Ignore the fact the brakes look like they’re on the tyre, they’re just not under tension in the pics
She’s going to be a fair weather rider of that there is no doubt and they prob won’t have to work that hard, so cheaper is prob the better option rather than going overboard, any opinions??
