I am grateful that I managed to get out of paying £124.99 connection charge for moving rooms at my barracks. Because I hung up on the not so helpful man at the other end, phoned BT back up and got the very helpful man I spoke to yesterday.

    You been murdering hookers again?

I've told you before, a woodchipper is much more efficient.

Offspring Mk2 staying at grandparent's last night. I woke up when I wanted this morning, not when he wanted.

Also grateful for the little pack of Haribo in my Wiggle order this morning, they saw me through to lunch nicely.

yes. 2 days of sunshine and breeze that made for perfect riding conditions, this mornings blast was just that.

I'm also grateful for that fact that this forum gives me something to do while I wait for Excel to catch up with what I want it to do.

Accidentally leaving the window open last night so the room was chill this morning, so I could huddle up under my duvet and listen to the birds singing outside. Lovely way to start the day.

I'm grateful that the webbo behind me on the way to work who decided to read the "I'm an Idiot Weekly" magazine that was obviously in the passenger footwell of her car, (guess what make?) took a break from reading just in time to put the brakes on and avoid going into, and through, the back of my car at 50mph.

I know, shoulda D-locked the cnut!

Grateful that our close friends premature baby (six weeks early) is doing well - born at 4am.

Slight issue is that she did lots of work with us and we hadn't had the chance to do a handover. Loads more work for us (a bit too much!) but loads more bike toys...
