Avid rotors

Why does Avid use 185mm rotors instead of 180mm?

And could I run a 180 on my Juicy 5's rather than pay £30 for an Avid Clean sweep

    yes but you will need a 180mm adapter rather than a 185 adapter.

    As above, I run a 180mm rotor on the front with my Juicy Carbons.. bought the 180mm adapter, had no problems :)
