New camera time!

I have about 150 quid to spend - would like good optical zoom and ability for long exposure times.

I have looked at a 'bridge' camera, the Fuji S1500:

And the S1600. Is the 1600 worth the extra? Both have upto 8 secs exposure which is more than my current cam and should be fine for what I need.

my wife has the s1500, i bought it for her for about 110 quid form ebay in december, its really nice, very intuitive and in the right hands can take some lovely shots.

my bro has the older model, the d5000 i think. i wanted to buy the same one and he says the s1500is the newer one and is the nuts for the money, and he should know he's a photograper
