Pro Race 3s clincher fitting
Big up to anyone who can put these on without resorting to tyre levers, or should I say take them off again as I had to put new inners on as an afterthought....
Spent this afternoon replacing some overweight Schwalbes and this will make Dennis' day, fighting like hell to ensure no pinching the tube espesh round the valve area.
if anyone has any hints to make that easier..... feel free

I know what you mean. They can be hard to get on when brand new. I pinched a tube first time round. Good luck!Shazam !!0

I just put some new Pro Race 3's on a pair of Ambrosio Excellence rims and they went on a dream (I've struggled on some Campagnolo rims in the past) - not a tyre lever in sight ;-)
Type of rim tape can make a difference - not keen on that thick plastic stuff.
I also find plenty of talcum powder helps on the tube and warming the tyre on a radiator (or in the sun! anyone feel that sun today!!).0 -
I can only seem to get Pro Race 3's on using a lever.
I bought a VAR lever from SJScycles.co.uk, certainly is a worthwhile investment especially if you puncture whilst out and about.2010 Bianchi Infinito Ultegra

Will have to try the warming the tyre trick because I've not been able to get them yet without levers.0
