You can take it as luggage on the plane. Check with the airline.

"As I said last time, it won't happen again."
  • Book it in as hold luggage - normal specified as a bike.

For example Ryanair charge £25 each way.Or did last time I flew to mainland spain the other year

Not to expensive then. Any one know of good places to visit that are cheap then? By cheap I mean the flights and places to go and stay. Cheers

I flew from East midland airport to Granada spain. Flights were £120 return (£50 bike carriage) Did a week with http://www.switch-backs.com/

Prices include shuttles and food in the villa, enough for breakfast, lunches and snacks

It was excellent also didnt spend a lot while I was there beer and food was cheap and the tapas with every beer kept you nicely fed. They also do weekends and long weekends. Plenty of good challenging singletrack accessible for novices and challenging enough for experienced riders also.

Hello radio man,,, sounds really good. How much was it for a week then? From what i can see id 495?
Also who did you fly with?
  • pretty sure it was ryanair iirc .

They do weekend and long weekend prices also, drop them an email i think its 100 euros per day or something. I think i paid a bit less because it was over a year ago . maybe 450 euros cant remember exactly. I was happy with the value of the package. If you have any questions just drop the owner Michael an email. Really helpful and cool guy.

Would like to go elsewhere to compare it to, but that wont happen until Iafter I move house. Have to make do with the lake district and dales until then. There are quite a few reviews on a few other sites.
