where to buy, / or a better alternative????

can anyone tell me where to get hold of the 2 items below or if not just suggest 2 that are as good or better than these.
the first 1 is a light oil for reaching derailer screws etc,

and the second is a grease called super lube for putting on threads and bearings etc.

ive chosen these just from reading reviews and stuff on the net so if anyone has better ones then advice would be great, thanks

    Light oil and car bearing grease from a motor factors (Halfords, etc). BTW are you taking over this forum..?!

    almost any other light oil (eg 3in1) - and almost any other general purpose grease (eg Castrol LM).

    There really is nothing remotely special about the products you mentioned..
