Hi Guys,

Just wondered what peoples thoughts are on Mountain bike tuition/ skills courses and if anyone has can recommend a course in Scotland?

Im quiet a competent rider. I've have no problems riding red runs at Glentress/ Dalbettie etc.. However I would like to hone my skills and become more fluid and faster. I was thinking of doing one of the essentials courses at Glentress (anyone been on this? any good?) are they worthwhile?

Did Dirtschool with Andy last summer Level 3 Jump course at glentress. Loved it well worth the money.

Going to have a private session with him this year on the DH stuff at Inners. Well if it ever drys up that is.

    Recommended.

Hi Davy - did you do just a half day with him? Would be interested in that myself - how much was a half day? (I'm in Stranraer too btw)

    @ rudedog

half day cost was £80 and that was down at Mabie forest... he is a brilliant coach, I can't praise the guy enough......

anytime you are heading down to Kirroughtree then pop into the breakpad bike shop and have a chinwag with Mark..... also if you want meet up and do the red or black then drop me a PM....

Cheers for the info Davy, will definitely have a chat with him next time I'm there. I'll drop you a PM once I've got my fitness back  I'm embarrassingly slow at the minute !
