Relitively new to the sport and doing 30-40 km per day to and from my office in the south of Belgium and yes it is pretty hilly round here!
On longer runs of an 45 mins to one hour or so I have noticed (possibly due to the cold weather!) that my 'plums' are pulling up 'inside' and this is extremely uncomfortable if not bloody painful. I often have to stop to rearrange and or let the fellas drop back into position.

Any suggestions on this as it is stopping my enjoyment of longer runs

Friend of mine suggested tipping the seat forward a bit - any good?
