Relitively new to the sport and doing 30-40 km per day to and from my office in the south of Belgium and yes it is pretty hilly round here!
On longer runs of an 45 mins to one hour or so I have noticed (possibly due to the cold weather!) that my 'plums' are pulling up 'inside' and this is extremely uncomfortable if not bloody painful. I often have to stop to rearrange and or let the fellas drop back into position.
Any suggestions on this as it is stopping my enjoyment of longer runs
Friend of mine suggested tipping the seat forward a bit - any good?

I think you need to see the doctor or visit a medical forum.0

get some snug fitting pants and stop sitting on them. Thats how I got around it.0

consider trying a toupe or other cut away saddle. Gives the general area that little bit more room for manoeuvre (so to speak) :shock:0

Don't waste money on a toupe. I wear one and it keeps me warm under my helmet - but it sure does nothing for down below.0

Or gently massaging testes down again at evry junction/traffic light :shock:0 -

Panic not - this is just your bodies natural reaction to extreme cold - it looks after your little fellas by internalising them. It was said that the late Bruce Lee could do this at will to safe guard his family jewels when involved in martial arts  (Now that is muscle control)
Just get yourself a warmer pair of trousers or something with a windstopper fabric and all should fall into place (literally )Scott Genius 08, Marin Rock Springs 08, Marin Pine Mountain 890
