I need to buy a new headset for my vulcan but i want to make sure ive got the right thing before i click the buy now button.
My bike is an 09 carrera vulcan with some cheap cartridge headset installed (currently dont have a pic, im at work) which after havin a look on park tools im reasonably sure it's an integrated type (or could be an internal?? )and am lookin at THIS from CRC.
Any help or advice greatfully received cheers.

have a look on Parktools for the standards. (or in the FAQs for pics of integrated and internal),
or wait till you can post pics or measure."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

The CRC link doesn't work for me. Do you really need a new headset? Can't you just get new bearings for it?0

I thought that i had to change my whole headset. Turns out that i just used ball bearings and grease. (take out one or two ball bearings for a better load).Giant XTC SE 2006
