What shock pump

can anyone recomend me a cheap-ish shock pump. Have got RockShox forks and Fox rear shock if it makes any difference?

Topeak make good kit and handily enough you can get a lot of their range from Halfords.
Just make sure it has a gauge that is able to measure in the range you need for your shock.
You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.

The Beto one is great, and not expensive.
