    ASO just don't take the intense competition for the Lantern Rouge seriously, do they?

    Kenny was one of the finest contenders for years- so talented at not climbing hills, giving it his all to make the time cuts, ploughing his solitary way to Paris. Well, he didn't actually make Paris, but I'm sure he would have done his best this year.

    Also gutted for Vacansoleil and hoping for two of the chosen teams to be booted out so they and Skil will be let in.
