i'm looking at getting a new hardtail on the cycle to work scheme, i'm considering the 2 above. anyone have any comments, suggestions?

i've owned a gt before and my mate has the boardman pro, the spec on the boardman does look better though and as they're the same price i'm leaning more toward the boardman...

The one that fits you best is the right choice. However, all things being equal then specs play a very important part.
You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.
