Well, after getting everything ready last night I recieved a phonecall 730am this morning ( ) from my client in a tiswas needeing some support today (bloody typical) so have mailed the agency requesting they reschedule meeting today.
Gutted as I wanted to get it over with, but cant turn down the extra monies I shall be getting for todays work.
PLUS it's shite and cold outside, so in a sense it's OK that I don't have to venture up to London...
What ya'll up to today (apartfrom the obligatory work)

was meant to be riding tonight but its not stopped raining for days and it was just too gloopy on sunday so i'm sure it will be just as bad tonight and harder going in the dark?0 -
Its raining here to Biblical proportions...... trails are sodden..... if it dies down my go out later this arvo when finished with work.....
My Nevegals are not that great in extreme conditions, although great on slightly loose terrain.0 -
Week off so I'm sat in bed playin CoD Still miserable weather wise here so now riding for me today might have an hour on the turbo trainer tho if I can be arsed lol0

i'v got about 2 weeks left of holiday
bought the grips and gloves this morning. going to the barbers later for a much needed haircut. no riding today as it's still wet and will be raining later0 -
Morning all.
Cheese, sorry to hear about the interview. BIoody clients, running a business would be so much easier without them.
Sarnian, sorry to hear they've moved your taxpayer funded jolly JOKE! forward like that. Still you can get over there, get the job done and get back home a bit sooner now so I guess it's not all bad.
Today, I think I'm going to be ordering a black and orange Charge spoon for the bike and waiting in for some bits arriving from the US.
I emptied our pond less than 2 weeks ago so I could clean it out and childproof it. After 3 days of rain, it's now full again. I also weedkillered the garden and the patio at the weekend trying to get it ready for BBQ season, I expect the weedkiller will not be as effective now. DAMMIT!0 -
im just sat at the shop polishing my helmet!
raining up here too, trade has been rubbish, but hey, my bike is serviced!0 -

No work for me!
*dances*
That said, my seatpost clamp has finally arrived - at work. Might have to pop in later. Need to hose down the NRS and my riding gear from last night - got a tad on the muddy side. Think I've got the grandkids coming over today - expect chaos and then I'm off to the doctors to baffle and confuse them again later this afternoon.0 -
Good Morning, I'm just getting ready to go see my Mum in the fancy private hospital the NHS has paid for.
Back to work tomorrow, two 13hour shift in a row0 -

Against regulations then surely unless you and your employer have a writen agreement that you'll work them hours.
I just do three 13hour shifts a week for my nursing placement, and then I do lifeguard shifts on the side.0 -

Morning all,
At work trying hard to convince myself not to buy a new DSLR at lunch...really, really want to be able to make some quality videos though (I'm talking image quality, the rider/riding quality will be still be shoddy!)
This evening I've got my weekly Forza 3 race with a few mates, which is always a good laugh.Santa Cruz Chameleon
