these? http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=25234
TLD elbow/ forearm jobbies.
ive got the lopes knee and shin guards, and they're awesome, so i just bought elbow pads some after reading some good reviews but after trying them on, they seem like they would just get ripped off in a crash.
so im just wondering if anyone has binned it whilst wearing them and if they held up ok?
its a bit of a random one but you never know!
the alternative was gong to be the 661 comp ones, does anyone have any experience of these?
cheers,
ben

I'd rather have them ripped off during a crash than the flesh on my forearm/elbow....0

Alot of these pads become grippy when wet.
i.e. go for a ride, sweat a bit then they work.
Pads are also far more slippy when new.
Smae thing with Thor stuff, when new/dry would not stay in place, now, perfect. Why would I care about 150g of bike weight, I just ate 400g of cookies while reading this?0
