Star shape allen keys

Hi everyone,

Wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of some star shaped allen keys please? Are they just available online from a normal bike shop or will I need to go to B&Q or somewhere?

    Do you mean Torx?

    Any place that sells tools has them. I bought mine from Screwfix.

    Usually called Torx or sometimes star bits. 10 years ago they were quite exotic fastenings, buy they are everywhere now. You should be able to buy the requisite allen keys or socket bits just about anywhere. Screwfix is a good shout.

    if 6 points then yes they are common and Torx

    but there are others out there.
