STICKTION and X Fusion 02RLA servicing

Hi,

I have alot of sticktion suddenly and was wondering if I could fix this myself in any way?

Or....

Where can i get this shock serviced? It is from the FSR XC COMP. It may be cheaper to get a new one, however.

I changed my X-Fusion shock to a Fox RP2, mainly because UK servicing on X-Fusion products doesn't exist.
