Posting Piccies Via Flickr?

NapD has been trying to help me, but i can't find the img code on Flickr piccies.

Where is it hiding?

Any help thoughts, greatly appreciated!

Right click on the image and "Copy Image Location", then past that between the image tags

ok using redddraggon flicker account (sorry but it is just there) http://www.flickr.com/photos/21993463@N06/ select an image and right click on it for the properties/location
and you get

http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4056/440 ... 6f0304.jpg

then put it between the img tags

[img]http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4056/4406417282_330b6f0304.jpg[/img]

gives this




as per the info given in the Forum FAQs and in both classified forums.

Th etrouble with FLICKR is that sometimes the URL that it appears to use for the picture is not the real one.

Example from my Flickr account: if I go to the photo I want to display here and follow the instructions I get this result:



But if I go to that image on my Flickr account, right click the image, and select "View Source", then buried in the Notepad text is the following information for the image location:

http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4064/433 ... e36b_m.jpg

which if I put the IMG tags around it, I get this:



Which is (a) different and (b) works here.

Dunno why, but it just is.

Wheelspinner, if you click on 'all sizes' and copy '2. Grab the photo's URL:' it should save you going into view scource. You can also select different sizes from the top of the page ...
