Avid Juicy - caliper and rotor query?

Sorry about the vague title.
Basically, I have a set of nearly brand new AVID Juicy 7's, but they have a 160 rotor F&R.
I have just brought a second hand Specialized FSRXC Expert (09) that has Avid Juicy 4 RSL brakes. The levers look rubbish compared the the 7's, and the calipers have seen better days, looking very tatty etc. The rotors on this though are 203 F and 185 R.

What can I do, if anything, do upgrade the new bikes brakes, with the Juicy 7's, whilst retaining the larger rotors? Or am I stuck?

Any help/advice much appreciated!

Thanks
Alan

remove old brakes and fit the new ones.

    they are the same.

So the rotor size is irrelevant? Really? I thought the 160 vs 203/185 rotor size would mean I couldn't just swap the calipers over?
Am I being dim then :)

    Thanks, Alan

The calipers are a standard size, they're matched to the rotor size using adaptors. If you leave the adaptors attached to the bike, and swap just the calipers then you can use the 7s with the big rotors.

So the 4 RSLs will be attached using something like this: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=13720

and the 7s with something like this http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=20304

Leave those adaptors on the frame/fork, and just swap the calipers.
