Been using firefox for years with no problems - although our IT guy said that chrome is great so may try it. I would love MS to realise that IE is a crock of shot and just stop making it as it's always the one that causes problems when coding websites.

I had been using Firefox for a good few years, but recently I have noticed that it does not seem to perform very well.

At the weekend I could not even get into this forum through Firefox, but IE was okay.

    I use Chrome as well.

Don't like IE much after using Chrome. Not sure what it is in particular but I really like Chrome. I definitely like the favourites at the top of the screen though.

I now use Opera on my phone. I feel like such a geek...

Is this the box that for somereason came up on my laptop over the weekend? I ignored it and carried on using IE.

In all honesty, all I want from a browser is to be able to access this forum, CRC, merlin, wiggle, porn and the occasional flash game. As long as it does that I don't really care too much which browser it is

IE is an abortion. When I'm in an MS operating system I'll use Firefox and I regularly use K-Meleon.

Thankfully I don't have to spend too long in them in my own time.

Used firefox for yonks, never heard of k-melon (off to look it up now). I like the idea of chrome but I am not sure if I want to become even more reliant on google. I can't escape the feeling that they're slowly taking over the world and I don't like it.

k-meleon is a light weight browser mainly use it for low spec systems. It just does what it says on the tin.

I've been swapping between Chrome and FF at home. Though still on IE6 at work!
I like the simplicity of Chrome, but I might just get rid of most of the FF extensions and keep on using that, I like being able to use FF portable and sync my bookmarks between the portable version on my USB stick and the 'real' version on my computer.

IE with an add on I downloaded works absolutely fine for me on all the websites I visit.
  • Used to use FF, but it got a bit slow and crap, so I've moved onto Chrome, which seems good.

I have IE, FF and Chrome installed, I use FF and IE sometimes, but rarely.

Pretty much my thoughts, I'm pretty happy with FF for now

I use IE myself, I just find it simple. I know this is an oddity for someone like me (a geek who works in IT) but it is simple and not too slow or such a security risk after the last few versions

    Chrome all the way.

IE is dire, but i dont know why when it surely should have the most spent on it!

ive used firefox for years now. Mostly for the addons, The best being
Xmarks -sync bookmarks with multiple pcs
autopager- great for forums, save clicking through multiple pages, just loads them one after the other
IE tab- for those crap websites that dont work in ff, opens an ie tab within ff.
