hi - i need to acquire and fit new bearings to the shimano rear hub of my stumpy, anybody got any tips on what and where to buy and any links to idiot proof tutorials too

Why do you need new ones?

Just a clean and re-grease maybe all they require.

Uses loose 1/4 inch balls.
