Pro cyclists bike fitting

Having read so many posts on Bike fitting for the "ordinary rider", and seeing so many different variations. Makes me wonder where do the Pro riders get measured for their machines i.e. Sky, Marshall Pasta team. As they probably change bikes nearly every season either by changing team or even supplier.
And who is right as well or is it each persons judgement?

Since Pros have been cycling for many years then they know exactly what suits them.0 -

They also have the time to try new things out and make changes in the middle of a 2-3 hour ride cause they have a car and mechanic with them. I know this is not always the case in terms of the car and mechanic , but definitely at the start of the year when they get their new kit. Training camps etc.0
