pedals for cycling and walking?
I normally use Shimano SPD pedals and cleats I have also use the old Look Delta pedal and cleats. The Look cleats are nice for cycling but not very good for walking. The SPD cleats are good for walking but is there a better compromise?

Thanks.

I think you've summed it up nicely. SPDs if you need to walk anywhere normally, any one of the road cleat systems if you don't mind waddling like a duck.

I'm an SPD man at the moment, but would probably go for SPD-SLs and new shoes if I got a blingy carbon bike.
  • Time cleats are very walkable in, and the pedals are excellent. Having used Looks in the past, they hit a great compromise.
