RP2 Rebound adjust seized!!

Hi all,
I have a Giant Trance x 2 and the rebound adjust dial on the fox rp2 has seized completely. It started to get hard to turn after a couple of months of UK use and now it is SOLID.
I took the propedal lever off to see if i could free it up but to no avail.
`The bike is 5 months old and i have done about 400-450 miles on it.
ANY IDEAS???????????
