Where to find TIME cable guide?

I just lost my Time frame's cable guide.
I try to find one on some website like CRC, WIGGLE, CHICKENCYLES. TOTAL CYCLING and so on. But it is all out of stock now. Is that shimano cable guide suit for time frame? Any one have idea?

    Are your talking about the under-BB cable guide? IME most are the same and interchangeable. The only exception would be BB30 as the BB shell is bigger.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
