What adapter for a 3/8" drive torque wrench to use hex

I've got a standard set of hex bolts and a 3/8" sq drive wrench. Is it possible to buy an adapter to use the wrench directly with the bolts without resorting to some Heath Robinson type arrangemnt? In the past I've used 3/8"sq ->1/2"sq adapter and then a 1/2"sq to an adapetr that fits the 1/4" sq drive with my kit and then the hex bits themselves. Even if i could find a 3/8"sq to 1/4" sq adapter that would help, but I can't!
There must be something with a 3/8" sq hole that would fit the wrench and a hex hole at the other that would take the hex bits, but I don't know what size it would be or how it would be described. Can anyone help please? Cheers!

hmmm, i've got one that came with my socket set...
Aren't the bits usually 5mm, couldn't you just use a small socket?0 -
Thanks R_W - no I think the bits are a bit bigger than 6mm, think it might be 1/4" hex (maybe 7mm?), but can't find such a thing. I just want to avoid having a pile of connectors between the wrench and the hex bit. Somebody must make something that would get round this? You don't need eyes to see, you need vision0

i guess that should read "bits"?
there are plenty of 3/8th drive Hex bit holders out there."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

yes, Nick, should say bits. I'm having trouble being sure I've found the right thing. DOes this look right? The pic does, but I'm not sure about the description:

looks like a 1/4 drive from the picture.
just pop into an car accessory shop they will have some."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
