Cannondale Six Carbon 3, opinions?

I've been offered a new 2009 Canndondale Six Carbon 3 for approx 1350 pounds. Ultegra groupset, Dura Ace rear, FSA Gossamer BB30, Aksium wheels. I'd have another 600 ish to spend on race wheels then as well. Anyone using one of these as an all round race bike and offer any opinion. For use in crits as well as longer +2-3 hour hilly and rolling road races. Some of the reviews I read suggest its a bit heavy for a true race bike? An alternative would be a full dura ace CAAD9 for about 1700... but 2K is about my max for wheels and bike. Thanks for any advice!
