Which new brake adapter?

So, I currently have RockShox dart 2, it has post mount, but now i have RockShox Reba with IS mount, and i need an adapter! My rotor ATM is 160mm and my brake calliper is Hx4, can somebody recommend an adapter that will fit and is cheap?
