Fitting existing bike parts onto new Scott carbon frame

HI, I am after some advice as to what I need to consider/do as I have never built a complete bike before.
I currently have a Cube team Ltd with upgrades to lighten it. However, the frame is listed as weighing 1600 ish grams which is not particularly light so it has been a plan of mine for a while to upgrade the frame.
THis is teh current bike:

I was thinking of a SCott scale 20 carbon frame:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... SS:GB:1123
How difficult would it be to remove & refit on the new carbon frame the forks, steerer tube/stem & handlebars, crankset, brakes, wheels & deraillers?
WIll all the components fit on the new frame, or is there anything I need to be asking/looking into?
Is this a DIY job or one for a LBS? I have fitted all the upgrades to my current bike except the crankset so thats about my current limit of experience.
ANy advice gratefully received.

items like front mech/headset/bottom bracket seat post and clamp and fork may not fit.
how to do it and tools see Parktools.
not looked at your bike spec."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
Parktools :?:SheldonBrown0 -
Every thing should fit just fine apart from your seat post and headset but thats not a problem as they are included with the frame. You will probably need a new front mech.0

OK cheers for the quick response. Headset, seat post & clamp are included with the frame.
How do I know if front mech, bottom bracket & fork will fit?
