God, I am fecking bored out of my mind... been trying to keep myself busy.

Cleaned bike

Collected unwanted clothes and bagged them up for charity collection

Sorted my washing out....

Hoovered......

Now, I have finished all of that, and am starting to look on CRC for things for the sanction this time!!!!! Noooooooooo (must...stay.....away.....from......the.......light)

    Im feeling rather sick.

    I have just eaten:

    A Bombay badboy pot noodle

    Half a pack of Foxs choc crunch biscuits

    And a Yazoo chocolate milkshake

    Blleeeaugh!

    Ive got a 7:00am ride on the morrow (for once with a mate who normally cries off) but not doing the whole day now, 17km (9 of which off road) so not too bad. Should be back by 9:30/10:00. But I am not even remotely tired, just watching Pitch Black and see a late night and a 6:00am start
