Hope Mono Mini hydraulic tube size

Current size 6mm but too short for new bike so bought meter lenght 5mm plus LBS fittings to convert but new cap will not fit the existing output connecter off the lever :evil: bought rear to match :evil: but I have found that if i push the hose onto the insert (its tight) use the new olive and the existing cap looks as though it will work??? :? :? :?

Anyone got experiences

Yep folk are confused my typing aint the best, decided to get my money 1st thing Monday am and look for 6mm tube which I think ebay have.

My experience of hope connectors is that they are a pain in the censored to fit. I replaced mine with goodridge connectors which are an absolute dream in comparison. Do yourself a favour and get some. They even do bling anodised ones if you like that sort of thing. (theres pics of the connectors in the inbred pics below)
