Axle size for pedals

Evening all
Was wondering if anyone knew what axle size my pedals would need to be to fit the crank on a 2010 Pitch Pro - 9/16" or 1/2". I'm assuming they're 9/16" but can't find details anywhere...
Also, it's a Truvativ GXP2 2.2 2 piece crankset and the pedals I want - Wellgo MG1s are advertised for 3 piece cranks. Does this make a difference?
Am I thinking too much....?

MG1 are fine.0 -
mtb and bmx use the same axle size now... the larger of the two i do believe, so 9/16"0
