You need to find the spec of the shock for the actual bushings (though isn't it included?), while the top hat spacers depends on your frame as well.0

nope not included, says this on the add from CRC:
NOTE. MANITOU SHOCK EYELETS ARE A DIFFERENT DIAMETER TO MOST OTHERS, SPECIFIC BUSHES WILL BE REQUIRED.
So do i need more than just the bushing?

Very nice of CRC to tell you what you need lol!
I'd contact them or look at the manitou website.
Alternatively go for a fox or a Rockshox Monarch:

Lots of features, and much better back up and servicability.0 -
The ever helpful chaps at TF Tuned have some useful info on this:

the shock will have the DU bushes ready fitted. you will need to order the correct fitting kit for the shock and bike.
contact the seller for more info.
which is basically what you will have to do for any new shock. get it with the fitting kit for it and your bike."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

You think CRC have got bushes and fitting kit mixed up? I thought it very strange for them not to have bushes lol.0

well the shock had better have the DU bushes fitted. but then knowing the Irish they most likely are calling the fitting kit the bushes."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I'd get the fox or rs ;-)0

ahhh but RS have 2 different DU bush sizes. 1/2" and 12mm need different fitting kits."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Ah but the the shock won't fall to bits and start spewing oil;-)0

I was going for the Manitou one as its a great deal and one of the few 200x56 sized ones on there, hardly anything has that size and thats what Im replacing from the Spec Pitch bike, things are never easy
I did have a look at the Tf Tuned site but was worried about getting measurements down to the mm plus Id hvae to take the current shock off first! grrrrLive just by Wimbledon common but still a beginner0 -
I guess its mainly the whole having to get a 200mm x 56mm shock thats leaving me with a lack of choices.Live just by Wimbledon common but still a beginner0
