Rock shox motion control lever cable and fitting problems.

I have recently got some 2008 RS u-turn Revelation forks and it has the poploc lock out handle bar lever option. My questions are: What type of cable do you use? Where to get one and how to fit it? I tried the Sram webby and did a Google search which didn't give me an answer. Please help :oops:

gear cable inner and brake cable outer.

and just thread it though.
