beelzebub the spoke - help

got my lovely new 1st road bike - trek madone 5.2, everytime I go out on it, I come back with a loose spoke in the rear, even after 30 mins on the rollers.
I tightened it up myself a few times, then as I had a free first service (Evans), I took it in and asked them to look at it.
It came back tight and straight, but another 20 miles and I have a loose spoke again.
Im 80kg, no feather weight but I wouldnt have thought it should be a problem, should it?
Any advice? Thanks.
