Dura Ace 7800 STI lever compatability

Hi Folks

Im currently running 9 speed Ultegra but need new shifters.

Would I be able to fit the Dura Ace 7800 levers with my 9 speed front and rear mechs.

I would obviously be fitting a 10 speed cassette and 10 speed chain.

WOuld the 10 speed chain be OK with my 9 speed chainset

Your help is much appreciated

    Yes, 10 speed shifters must be used with a 10 speed cassette and chain, everything else will work OK, chainset, front and rear mechs are fine (mechs just need the H and L stops adjusting to suit)
